Rejoe believes that his works is his way to worship God. He prefers walking for long hours in the open to help him introspect and retrospect about the things going on around him. Scheduled visits to his counsellor equips him when emotionally concerned.

Having worked as a corporate counsellor in one of India's leading counselling agency, Rejoe has acquired experience working with with a diverse array of clientele. He has also given talks and conducted group therapy sessions in and around Bangalore and South India. He prefers the psychoanalytic and behavioural approaches to counselling but is open to other approaches to suit the client requirements.
